Guided by Your North Star
Polaris, commonly known as the North Star, has provided guidance and direction for humanity in their journey for thousands of years. It resides at the end of the “handle” of the Little Dipper.
As the Big Dipper tends to be more easily recognizable, the outer edge of its “cup” can be used to find Polaris.
The Dippers’ Latin names are Ursa Major and Ursa Minor, meaning Great Bear and Lesser Bear. The Big Dipper is only a portion of Ursa Major’s full constellation depicting a big bear.
Like the Great Bear pointing towards Polaris, giving constant and reliable guidance to travelers along their journey, BlackBehr Consulting, LLC will help your organization improve how work gets done, aligned to your North Star.
